  Terrible. Had our freezer fail on our LG refrigerator. They came promptly to diagnose it and told us the closed system had a leak and it needed to be replaced. They quoted us 100 dollars for the diagnosis, a week tops for parts to come in, and 400 - 500 in labor. Shortly after that the whole fridge went.
  
  That was 2 months ago. We called, and called, and called. Left multiple messages. Realistically we called probably 6 to 8 times and were never called back. They never answer their phone. The one time they answered they said they were short staffed and would call back by the end of the day with an update. They never did.
  
  As a result we moved on and bought a new fridge. The cost differential between the repair and a new one isn't worth dealing with no freezer or fridge for this long, nor was it worth it to start from scratch and deal with another company. Apparently there's a class action lawsuits against LG and their fridges failing within 2 years, so we cut our loss and moved on from LG and this company.
  
  In closing, I can't believe how horrid their service is. All we wanted was an update, a timeframe, a part order, anything! Anything at all! LG was willing to follow up on the status of the parts if we had a parts order number. They couldn't even bother to call us back. They completely stiffed us of any repairs or info and wasted our time and money. If I could rate them a 0/10 I would.
